David Samec, PE, CFM

Managing Director

David has over 40 years of experience in facilities management and engineering construction. As a C-level executive, he has project managed multi-million dollar new and renovation construction projects and managed facilities operations in some of the largest and most visited museums in the world, including the National Gallery of Art, multiple major Smithsonian Institution national museums, and the recently built Sarasota Art Museum. He has led large and diverse organizations to provide high-quality facilities for the general public to see and enjoy. He has experience leading a staff of over 400 federal and union personnel and numerous contractors in preserving and safeguarding a world-class venue for displaying the nation's finest art for over 5 million visitors annually. He is an excellent problem solver and results-focused team builder, effectively managing an appropriated annual budget of over $30 million. Additionally, David has worked and lived internationally, bringing together multiple cultures and global teams, and served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 20 years. David is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Facility Manager, which gives him the education and experience necessary to complete the job.

Nicole Samec, MSBE, PMP

Nicole is a driven and visionary biomedical engineer passionate about creating innovative digital solutions to enhance workflows, people, and operations. She possesses strong business acumen and excels in bringing together and motivating multidisciplinary and international teams to achieve a common goal. Nicole has a solid background in developing emerging technologies in highly regulated industries such as healthcare and the federal government. She has led global project teams, working with cohorts from Israel, Europe, Canada, and Taiwan, and collaborated with companies of all sizes to find technological solutions to their challenges. Her specialty is high-tech, with eight years of experience designing, building, and deploying augmented, virtual, and mixed-reality technologies and solutions. Nicole is a certified Project Management Professional, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a proven tech innovator, holding 47 patents. Nicole is the founder and CEO of PeleOs Technologies LLC.

Vivian Zimmers Samec, MEd

Vivian is a highly experienced professional with an educational background in business administration, operations, and education. She has worked as an educator, case manager, local screening chair, documentation specialist, and franchise owner. Vivian is certified and endorsed in educational assessment, reading, exceptional education, and ESOL with team lead experience. She has also worked for the federal government, where she gained valuable experience in policy analysis and project management. Throughout her career, Vivian has been known for her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
